Who are we?

At Dyve, we help ambitious organizations navigate the intersection of business, technology and transformation.

We are a Stockholm and Örnsköldsvik-based consulting firm built by experienced consultants who wanted to create something different: a smaller, sharper and more collaborative environment where people have real influence, work closely with clients and help shape the firm as we grow.

Our work spans strategy, digital transformation, technology, operating models, cyber and business applications. From shaping direction and designing future operating models to turning ambitions into reality through data, AI, architecture and technology delivery, we work across the full transformation journey.

With our growing team in Örnsköldsvik, we are expanding our capabilities closer to implementation – bringing together management consultants, project leaders, architects, data specialists, AI specialists and other technology professionals.

Who are you?

You are a curious, ambitious and down-to-earth consultant or technology professional who enjoys solving complex problems and creating tangible results.

You may come from management consulting, technology consulting or a more technical background – for example as a project leader, architect, data specialist, AI specialist or another role at the intersection of business and technology.

What should you bring?

Depending on your background and role, we believe you bring several of the following:

Experience from complex projects involving business, technology, data or transformation
Strong capabilities within areas such as project and program management, architecture, data, AI, software or technology delivery
Ability to understand complex problems and translate them into practical solutions
Experience working collaboratively with clients and multidisciplinary teams
A genuine interest in technology and how it can create business value
A humble, collaborative and low-prestige mindset
Relevant academic or professional background
Fluency in Swedish and English

What will you do?

At Dyve, you will work closely with clients on some of their most important business and technology challenges – from shaping digital, data and IT strategies to designing architectures, building data platforms, developing AI solutions and leading complex implementation and transformation programs.

You will work in multidisciplinary teams where consultants, project leaders, architects and technology specialists combine advisory expertise with hands-on capabilities – allowing us to stay close to the outcome, not just the recommendation.

Beyond client work, you will help build Dyve. As we grow our presence in Örnsköldsvik alongside Stockholm, you will have the opportunity to influence our culture, capabilities, offerings and ways of working.
