Who are you?

You have 4-6 years experience from Management Consulting or similar
You have a passion for strategy and digital business opportunities and an interest to work in an environment defined by constant change
An entrepreneurial individual that's not afraid of rolling up your sleeves with clients and colleagues to ask the hard questions and push the envelope on what’s possible
You have a desire to work across different types of businesses and disciplines to tackle their challenges
An ambitious person that favor teamwork over individualism

What should you have?

Experience from leading or contributing to complex projects at the intersection of business and technology
Solid experience in project or program management
Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn insights into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders
Confidence in facilitating workshops, conducting interviews and presenting to leadership teams
A strong business sense and genuine interest in strategy, technology and digital transformation
Humble mindset
Excellent academic track record
Fluent in Swedish and English

What will you do?

As a Dyve advisory consultant, you will work closely with our clients to drive their most critical technology and transformation initiatives. Your assignments may range from leading large-scale transformations and shaping IT and digital strategies to supporting organizational and operating model changes within IT, Digital and Cyber. You may also guide clients through the selection, evaluation and implementation of major business applications.

Beyond client engagements, you will take an active role in developing Dyve as a firm - contributing to recruitment initiatives, marketing activities and the continuous evolution of our service offerings.
